Here the Malpighi balsamic condiment is combined with the syrup from figs from the south of Italy to create a rich and perfumed condiment, amazing on every kind of cheese. Fig Balsamic Vinegar is aged in oak wooden barrels for 5 years, it is brown in colour, has a syrupy density and an intense smell.
Can be used on aged cheese, white meat and fruit such as figs, melon and candied fruit.
