Once we have verified your payment your order will be sent.  Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your purchase. 
If you have not made payment within 7 days your purchase will be cancelled.

Shipping

  • Standard shipping fees apply for all nationwide deliveries excluding rural addresses, where a slightly different fee will incur.  Items are sent via Castle Parcels, Post Haste or Courier Post.  
  • Unfortunately, delivery to PO BOX addresses are unavailable, but you do have the option to choose ‘rural delivery’.  Please note if you don’t select rural delivery but your address is listed as one by our courier companies, the rural delivery fee will apply.   
  • If an item is under the ‘large or heavy’ category it will come with an extra fee. 
  • At this time we are unable to freight furniture, but can refer you to a local based moving company, who will be more than happy to give you a quote.  
  • Mirrors are a high-risk item to freight so we do not recommend sending via courier. 

Special Note for Fragile Items & Courier Related Damages

  • Please be assured we take utmost care in preparing your purchases for delivery, however, sometimes damages can still occur.  If you have purchased a fragile item, beware that on signing for your parcel you are waiving any rights with the courier company to claim for damages that may have accrued during transit.   
  • We highly recommend that if you have ordered any fragile items; to unpack and inspect your parcel for damages before signing with the courier.  You have the right to inspect your order before signing.  If any damages have accrued please sign it as DAMAGED, show the courier driver as they may need to retrieve the item and contact us immediately to assist in rectifying this matter. 

Returns:

  • If you are not happy with the product you have chosen, we will be happy to offer you a refund if contact is made before 7 days, however this excludes courier costs.  If the items are returned after 7 days of purchase we can offer an exchange instead.   
  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. 
  • We are unable to refund items that have been purchased at a discounted price or included in a sale or promotion.  
  • If you had your item shipped to you; it is at your own cost and responsibility to send this back to us.  Once we have received the item, we will process a refund within 24 hours.
